Supported Meeting Platforms & Export Formats

sipsip.ai works with recordings from every major video conferencing platform. Export your file using the steps below, then upload it directly — no bot, no integration required.

Zoom — MP4 or M4A

Go to zoom.us → Recordings and open the meeting you want. Click Download next to the MP4 (video) or M4A (audio only) file. Both formats are accepted by sipsip.ai up to 100 MB (approximately 60 minutes of audio). You do not need a Zoom Pro subscription to download recordings you already have saved locally.

Google Meet — MP4

Google Meet saves recordings to the organiser's Google Drive automatically (requires a Google Workspace plan). Open drive.google.com, find the recording in the Meet Recordings folder, and download the MP4. For free Google accounts, use a screen-recording tool during the call and export as MP4 or M4A.

Microsoft Teams — MP4 or DOCX

Teams recordings are stored in SharePoint or OneDrive. Open the chat or channel where the meeting took place, click the three-dot menu on the recording thumbnail, and select Download to save the MP4. Teams also exports a native DOCX transcript — upload the audio MP4 to sipsip.ai for a more accurate, timestamped transcript than Teams' built-in captions.

Webex — MP4

Webex recordings are available at webex.com → Recordings. Select the meeting and click Download to save the MP4 file. Cloud recordings are stored for 90 days by default. Once downloaded, upload the MP4 to sipsip.ai for a full verbatim transcript with timestamps.

Loom — MP4

Open any Loom video and click Share → Download to save the MP4. Loom's built-in transcript is auto-generated and often inaccurate for technical content. Uploading the MP4 to sipsip.ai using Deepgram nova-3 produces a noticeably more accurate result, especially for product demos and engineering walkthroughs.

Speaker Diarization — Who Said What

Speaker diarization automatically labels each turn of speech with a speaker identifier (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc.) so you can follow multi-person conversations without listening to the audio. On sipsip.ai, diarization is available to signed-in users and works best for meetings with 2–6 participants. Clear, headset-quality audio from Zoom or Teams typically achieves the most accurate speaker separation.
